All items sold at Cha-Cha Sweets are final. For the wrong items shipped or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund. Otherwise, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items purchased.
Due to the perishable nature of food items, our products cannot be returned.
